We want you to LOVE your product inspired by Mexico. If for any reason you are not 100% happy and want to return it we will happily provide an exchange or refund for purchases returned within 14 days.

We strive to ensure every item we send out is meeting our high standards. Given the handcrafted and individual nature of all our products, there will be variations in colour, size and texture. If items you have received from us are damaged please contact our customer services team at info@madeinmexico.co.nz A replacement or a full refund including freight charges will be provided. Replacement items will be sent freight free. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we promise to make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method.
Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.

Pricing and payment methods
Prices for our products are displayed in New Zealand Dollars inclusive of GST. We accept MasterCard, Visa, LAYBUY and Debit Cards.
Your credit card will be charged at the current rate of exchange when your order is processed.
